  • Built a YOLOv9 instance segmentation model to detect and classify road potholes by severity (Minor / Moderate / Severe) from images and video, deployed as a FastAPI web app with color-coded annotations — enabling MTA to shift from manual road surveys to automated, data-driven inspection.
  • Developed FARS (FIFA Automated Report Summaries), an LLM pipeline that ingests raw match statistics and player data to generate journalist-style match reports and player blurbs for automated distribution to 30–40+ news outlets.
  • Integrated production-ready AI workflows into real-world infrastructure, including dashcam-compatible road scanning and structured NLP output pipelines.
